„Diversity and richness of presented vehicles” – summarized Rafał Sonik, commenting on the 5th edition of Moto Show in Kraków. He was a special guest for a reason. The diverse program of the largest automotive event in southern Poland was nothing short of impressive. Presentations of the newest car models, extreme drift shows, the elimination stage to the Professional Drivers’ World Championship, and a possibility to meet special guests (such as Rafał Sonik, Collins brothers, Tomasz Czopik, and Gosia Rdest) and exceptional tuning teams – were only a few of many attractions of the event in EXPO Krakow. The largest celebration of all things automotive was visited by almost 28 000 people.
As always, the meetings with special guests attracted the biggest crowds. Famous for tuning supercars for celebrities of the motorsport, cinema, and music worlds, Collins brothers were impressed by the projects presented by local tuners. „This automotive fair is extremely well-organized. I was able to see a few absolutely amazing vehicles. Comparing to other events I have visited in Poland, the fair in Kraków is looking quite wonderful! – admitted Grzegorz Collins. The meeting with Collins brothers brought a swarm of visitors to the stage of Moto-Show in Kraków. The fans of tuned vehicles were able to listen how the brothers’„British Dream” had come true, which celebrities had their cars tuned-up, and why Gerard Pique, the defender of FC Barcelona ate Rafał Collins’ sandwich.
The guest who stirred even more interest among the visitors was the only Polish winner of the Dakar Rally, Rafał Sonik. The quad master was telling the stories of his path to success in motorsport, the backstage of the most challenging rally in the world, and the future of the automotive industry. „I am impressed by the diversity and richness of the vehicles presented at Moto Show in Kraków. You can see, touch, and admire the most interesting and acclaimed models, such as Lamborghini or Aston Martin, along with fantastically modified cars in the Tuning Zone, and there are motorcycles, quads, and various bizarre vehicles. This is an event for all fans of motorsport! – emphasized Rafał Sonik.
As every year, the presentations of drifting attracted the audience’s attention. The members of TurboWorks Drift Team, the biggest drifting team in Poland, were enchanting the spectators for almost two hours
Moto Show in Krakow turned out to be an enormous success once again. The leading topic of the event clearly proves that the future of motorsport is heading in the right direction, gradually attracting more and more people, and not only a few diehard fans.
