Gemini Holding

Gemini Holding Sp. z o. o. is Rafał Sonik’s company which has been present on the developers market since 1993. It started its operations from cooperation with the British Petroleum company. In the following years, the company completed construction projects for such large foreign chains as Géant, Carrefour, Tesco, Castorama, Bricomarché, Lidl and McDonald’s.

Two shopping centres – Gemini Park in Bielsko-Biała and another one in Tarnów – opened for visitors in May 2009 and August 2010 respectively, and show the Company’s dynamic growth in recent years. The Company is both the investor and developer of the two centres and now has plans to have more projects in Southern Poland.

Gemini Holding offers its clients a large spectrum of services. It is involved in every venture from start to finish: from finding an attractive location under a project, through acquisition of the land, administrative procedures, construction and finishing works and furnishing.

Gemini Holding was awarded a Corporate Business Social Responsibility Award 2012 for setting up a branch of the SIEMACHA.
